Douarnenez is a beautiful town on the coast in Brittany located in Northern France. There are activities for everyone, so pick which one that matches your schedule. After a long day touring Dournenez relax at any of their four beaches. The largest beach Le Ris beach offers a variety of activities. The Place de Dames provided the most family friendly options. Be sure to check out some water activities such as windsurfing. Plage des Sables (also known as White Sand Beach) in the Tréboul district is perfect for you. For a unique experience visit Saint-Jean beach to dip your feet in seawater that is heated to 31°C, talk about a spa day.
