Prague Castle
The Prague Castle is such a beautiful place with its amazing gardens and beautiful structures. Viewing the Prague castle grounds takes 1-1.5 hours and viewing the castle grounds with the audio tour takes 3-4 hours. If you exit Prague Castle through the main gate at the top of Castle Hill and onto Castle Square, you will be surrounded by museums and palaces and have the perfect view of the Castle.
Charles Bridge
A short 15 minute walk from the Prague Castle is Charles Bridge. This bridge is a symbol of Prague and boasts beautiful views of the Vltava River and statues that line the bridge. On the other side of the bridge is a tower with great views of the surrounding area.
Wenceslas Square
One of Prague’s most famous sites, the square is lined with hotels, shops, and restaurants
Petrin Park
The city’s largest and most beautiful park that boasts breathtaking views of Prague. The park includes a garden, a maze, and a lookout tower that resembles the Eiffel Tower. If you climb the 299 steps to view the city of Prague.
John Lennon Wall
The John Lennon Wall is located near Petrin Park towards Kampa, a neighborhood by the river. This wall represents love and peace and tourist are allowed to write and paint on it. The wall is covered with John Lennon lyrics as way for students to air their grievances.
Visit the churches
The beautiful Tyn and St. Nicholas churches line the square. St. Nicholas is open all day, but Tyn is only open in the mornings and late afternoons.
The Jewish Quarter
One of the most popular attractions in Prague is The Jewish Quarter. Located between the Old Town Square and the Vltava River, it has six synagogues, a Jewish Ceremonial Hall, and the Old Jewish Cemetery. The museums, synagogues, and historic graveyard in the area honor the history of what was one of the largest Jewish communities in Europe.
