The Anse Chastanet Beach
The Anse Chastanet Beach is a small white-sand beach with calm, clear waters that’s ideal for snorkeling. The beach is tucked away at an end of one of Anse Chastanet’s hiking trails and is popular among naturists—there’s no shame in showing your bare skin here!

Pigeon Island National Park
This expansive marine park is one of several in St Lucia, and has some great snorkeling opportunities (it’s a marine park after all). You can take an organized tour with locals or simply rent a boat yourself—the beach at Wotten Waven is particularly nice. If you’re staying at a beachfront hotel, you can just walk there! It’s also very easy to reach by taxi or bus.
Castries Market
While downtown Castries may be known for its modern shops and cafes, many locals still spend their days shopping at its bustling market. Visitors will find a range of items for sale here—from fruits and vegetables to handcrafted jewelry—at prices that are often significantly lower than those at comparable stores in other parts of town.
Marigot Bay St Lucia
